You're requested to be part of that celebration and anticipated to be present within 7:30 a.m., while your ward must be present within 7:15 a.m.

The National Flag will be hoisted sharply at 7:45 a.m. The celebration will conclude tentatively at 10:30 a.m. Your presence is requested.
